Fans of the Mi Mix series have been waiting for a new model since 2019. Two new teasers of the upcoming Mi Mix 4 smartphone have appeared in the network. By the way, the full specification of the device has leaked. Was it worth the wait?
Xiaomi is heating up the atmosphere ahead of the August 10 event where it will unveil the Mi Mix 4 smartphone and Mi Pad 5 series of tablets. The departments responsible for posters and videos have their hands full. In just two days, two Mi Pad 5 posters and two Mi Mix 4 teasers have appeared.
The videos themselves reveal little, but they do confirm what has already been leaked. The Mi Mix 4 will have a rounded screen and a front camera hidden below the display thanks to USC technology. The first video begins with an earthquake of what the launch of Xiaomi’s latest device is likely to be. The emerging crater in the green forest slowly turns into a smartphone camera and disappears leaving a peaceful wilderness. The popular notch is compared here precisely to a crater, which is a blemish on the landscape.
In the second teaser we can observe a very similar treatment. An insect flies up to a leaf floating on the surface of a lake. The plant disappears and the smooth sheet of water turns into a smartphone screen.
Promotional materials only confirmed previous leaks, but thanks to them we managed to find in the teaser files the exact specification of the device. Xiaomi has decided to install in its device an AMOLED display with the popular size of 6.67 inches and a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels. The device will support Dolby Vision and HDR10+ technology. The front will be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. The device will measure 162.65mm × 75.35mm × 8.02mm and will weigh 225g. Three color options will be available including ceramic white, ceramic black and dark green-gray.
The Mi Mix 4 will be powered by the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 plus processor with the most powerful 3 GHz core. The model will come with a 4500 mAh battery, which we will charge in 15 minutes with a 120W charger.
We will be able to take pictures with a 108 MP Samsung ISOCELL HMX primary sensor, supported by a 13 MP ultra-wide-angle camera and an 8 MP periscope lens that allows for 5x zoom.
